Jenny and Jeff
Jenny and Jeff’s wedding on a private ranch in Sonoma County was a highlight of 2010. I loved the stunning location, the cowboy ranch elements (saddles, hay bales, rusting farm tools) combined with girly vintage touches (lace doilies, mason jars, papel picado banners) and cool toned color palette. I used old fashioned flowers – English roses, Café au Lait dahlias, scabiosa, stock and lisianthus – accented with organic elements collected from the ranch – persimmons, olive branches and wild turkey feathers. A wheelbarrow filled on a whim with all the leftover flowers ended up as the décor pièce de resistance!
